The Aaron Lack Steel Trio is dedicated to performing the traditional music of the steeldrum and to adapting American popular music to the instrument. The traditional music of the steeldrum includes calypsos and socas from the south carribean nation of Trinidad-Tobago. The steeldrum has been developing as an instrument for the last 60-70 years and is gaining world-wide popularity. |
